CLOSING DATE FOR ONLINE ENTRIES 1ST DECEMBER 2023

Instructions for online Entry

Firstly you will need to create an account, once you click on the button this is pretty self explanatory. You will need to enter your email address and create a password. You will then receive an email to verify the account

Once you have logged in and are on the homepage. Click on the entrants tab at the top of the page.

Click on New and then Individual. Anyone entering a solo duet, trio or quartet will need to add their details as an individual first.

 

Once you have done this for duets/trios and quartets you will need to click on Entrants then click on New, then group with people You will then see all the individuals you have entered will be in the left hand pane. if you highlight them and click on the right arrow it will add them to the ensemble, you can then add 2, 3 or 4 people.

 

For Groups if you click on Entrants then New, then Group by size, you will then be asked to enter the name of the group this can simply be name of your School/Group. It will then ask you for the number in the group, It doesn't matter if this is not totally accurate as this stage as I realize these things may change but please select a number over 5 or the system wont allow you to enter in a group category.

Once you have completed this you will have a list of all your candidates and you will be able to click the enter button and enter them into the relevant  classes you will also be asked to enter dates of birth at this stage.

Entries will be added in to your basket as you go and 

 

The good news is that next year you will only have to add people who have yet competed in the Bognor Regis Dance festival as previous entrants will already appear in your list!.
